You get a DJ that will play only the music that you want to hear and can read a dance floor to ensure you and your guests will have a great evening of dancing. And you get a “Wedding Planner” to help you co-ordinate your ceremony and reception right down to the smallest details. I will meet with you weeks before the big day to discuss your event and to fill out the “Eclipse Wedding Itinerary” form. I will talk with you and help you to make your music selections for the ceremony and for the reception events, such as the Introductions and First dance, etc. I will discuss your music likes and dislikes so that I can get a better understanding of the types of music you would like to hear. I will work with you to create a time line of events so that during the reception you won’t have to worry about what should happen next and when it should happen and I’ll work with your photographer, videographer and your caterer to make sure everyone is on the same page. I’ll take care of all that for you so that you can enjoy yourself. My goal is to make you feel like a guest at your own reception while still keeping the spotlight shining brightly upon you.
For your ceremony, be it indoor or outdoor, I will provide music for your arriving guests and for the ceremony itself. I will also provide a wireless microphone headset for your officiant and microphones for any readings or singers that you may have so that none of your guests will miss a word.
During the reception I will also provide a wireless microphone for any toasts or speeches that you may require.
